Licensed Psychologists, Speech & Language Pathologists, MFT’s and LCSW’s

Continuing education credits will be available at the CalABA 2004 Conference via MCEP-approved workshops (approvals are pending). To attend a workshop, individuals must be pre-registered and pay all applicable workshop and conference registration fees. Participants receiving MCEP Certificates for continuing education credits must list their license number on the attendance forms.

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Associate Behavior Analysts (BCABA)

These CEU’s will be available at the conference through two methods:

  • Workshop Enrollment. To attend a workshop, individuals must be pre-registered and pay all applicable workshop and conference registration fees. To receive credit, attendees must pay applicable CEU fees in advance, sign in and out with room monitors to verify attendance, and an evaluation form must be completed at the end of each workshop. Collect a Certificate of Attendance to verify your participation.
  • Designated Conference Sessions. Pick up a list of designated sessions and a personal sign-in/out sheet during the session and sign to verify your attendance. No credit is available if you sign in more than 5 minutes after the start of the session or if you forget to sign out. There is a conference-processing fee of $40 for this service. This fee includes all applicable sessions.

Continuing education credits will be processed for a flat fee of $40* for each type of license or credential.

Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Board Certified Associate Behavior Analysts may earn up to 16.5 continuing education units at the conference. Remember that the 12/31/05 recertification deadline for many BCBAs and BCABAs is quickly approaching. The flat fee of $40 for earning up to 16.5 CEUs at the 2004 CalABA Conference represents an extraordinarily good value.

This is the first time CalABA has offered CEUs for speech and language pathologists, so make sure you bring this fact to the attention of your SLP colleagues who need CEUs and bring them to CalABA. Help us host these prospective new CalABA members!

*Does not include membership or conference fees, or (if applicable) additional workshop fees.
