Dr. Agnew is a Senior Consultant and Vice President of Strategic Implementation with Aubrey Daniels International and specializes in designing behavior based business solutions. Her Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis combined with twelve years of consulting experience enables her to develop customized interventions that are well grounded in the science of behavior. Dr. Agnew has worked in industries as diverse as oil and gas, mining, forest products, manufacturing, distribution, assembly, insurance, computers, newspapers and retail. This range of industries has provided her with experience dealing with diverse employee populations and organizational issues. Dr. Agnew works as an on-site consultant and as a project manager for multi-consultant, multi-site projects in Behavioral Safety and Performance Management. Several of her recent clients include: PECO Energy, BP, Shell Oil, Barrick Goldstrike Mines, MicroAge Computers, The Orange County Register, Kroger, Wal-Mart, Potlatch, State Farm and Toro.
