Job Description + Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and run ABA programs

• Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed

• Provide field supervision to behavior technicians as required for cases

• Support staff in meeting productivity requirements

• Write performance evaluations for behavior technicians

• Available to parents & behavior technicians by phone when there is an emergency or urgent need

• Produces progress reports and treatment plans to meet the requirements and submission timelines of regulatory agencies and funding sources

• Attends staff meetings, training, and other meetings as requested

• Motivated to lead by example

Salary, Benefits, + Opportunities

**BASICS**

• Compensation: $78,000 to $110,000 per year. Individual salaries are determined using various factors such as experience, skills, geography/location of position, and proficiency in the role

• Bonus: Each BA or Sr. BA role has the opportunity to bonus monthly/quarterly ($35,000+ in your first three years)!

• Sign-On Bonus: Some roles are eligible for sign-on bonuses of $5,000 to $10,000

• Relocation Assistance: Some roles are eligible for up to $20,000 in relocation assistance

• Education and Mentorship: Ongoing CEUs provided by BCBA-D; annual in-house conference featuring leading researchers in the field; opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives

• Some Benefits Highlights: 15 days of PTO which accrues from Day 1 and 401K Match!

• Job Type: Full Time

• Job Location(s): Hybrid

• Client Care Expectation: 50% of supervision hours require in-person support and the other 50% can be conducted via telehealth sessions

• RBT-qualifying paid training for new BTs, developed in-house by a BCBA-D

• As a CASP Provider, ALP will grant you access to CASP’s entire CEU library which includes over 75 CEU-approved courses (plus 10 CEUs annually via ALP events such as our IMPACT Conference and monthly live sessions)

• 55 hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks of integration including topics such as clinical best practices, using Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, telehealth assessments

Other Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program, required

• Active BCBA Certification required

• 3-4+ years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis

• Sr. BAs require 2+ years of management experience

• At least 1 year of experience working with various software solutions for data collection, programming, and report writing tasks

• Must pass a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding, which we will pay for
